Dear UPS,
Tomorrow, you will be entrusted with not one, but TWO very important packages containing precious little future members of Magnolia Run.
These are not ordinary packages. These are carefully selected, highly anticipated, potential little nuggets of greatness. 🥚✨
Lord, please guide the hands of every UPS employee who touches these boxes.
May they resist the urge to throw them like footballs.
May the conveyor belts be gentle, the potholes be few, and the words FRAGILE and HATCHING EGGS actually mean something.
Please keep these boxes upright, away from the bottom of a 47-package pile, and out of the hands of anyone having a particularly bad Tuesday.
And dear UPS driver, if you could kindly refrain from testing the structural integrity of my porch with a 30-yard package toss, I’d be forever grateful.
I’ve spent entirely too much money, researched entirely too many bloodlines, and emotionally committed myself to chickens that haven’t even developed a heartbeat yet.
I’m not asking for much.
Just two boxes.
Unbroken eggs.
Intact air cells.
And absolutely NO scrambled dreams.
