SOLD OUT!!!!!! Thanks for coming out!!!

We’re back!!! Come see us today in Oostburg from 10:00-6:00 or until sold out. We will be at the corner of Center Ave and S 10th st. We will have a slightly reduced menu today. No ribs and no baked potatoes. Hope to see you there.

UPDATE!!!!! BEEF RIBS ARE SOLD OUT!! But we still have plenty of other food.

We will be set up today in Oostburg on the corner of South 10th Street and Center Avenue from 10:00-6:00, or until sold out. This will be the last time we are set up for a few weeks, as we are booked with private events. We have a limited supply of beef ribs available again. Come early, as they will sell out fast. A reminder for those who preordered beef ribs: they need to be picked up by 2:00, unless otherwise arranged, or they will be sold to others. Also, please note that due to an internal error, we will not have pork spare ribs today. We apologize for the error.

Every time we have been open to the public this year, we have sold out of beef ribs. Each time, there have been several people who wanted beef ribs but were unable to get them because we had sold out very early. In an effort to address this problem, we are offering a “Beef Rib Pre-order”. Please let me know how many you would like. They come in one-bone sections. Typically, each bone weighs between 1-2 lbs. Let me know how many bones (or lbs) you would like, and we will reserve that for you. All pre-ordered beef ribs need to be picked up before 2:00. Not sure if you want to commit to getting some? We will also have a limited supply of beef ribs that are not reserved in addition to our reserved orders. $28/lb for beef ribs. In my opinion, this is the best bite in BBQ.

Ribs can be reserved by messaging me privately. If I do not respond, I did not see your message. All orders need to be in by noon on Friday.
