From start to finish. This was an experience that we will never forget. Chef Dale Reitenauer knocked it out of the field! We are forever grateful for the incredible opportunity to serve our guests in a soybean field. We are eagerly awaiting for the next event!

We got the privilege to walk these amazing fields to talk to an incredible farmer who grows the soybeans to feed our local cattle . To say these views are beautiful would be an understatement. We are grateful to hear the story of Jeremy and his family tilling this very field that will be serving dinner to on Sunday! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity! We look forward to feeding all of you while also enjoying the company of our friends and family.

For those who do not know what that is, let us inform you.

It’s a week dedicated to our emergency medical services. We celebrate their hard work, dedication, sleepless nights, long hours, commitment and sacrifices they make for the community.

We Are PA Proud was co-founded by Gabrielle Hess, an emergency medical technician who saw firsthand the long shifts, early mornings, late nights and stress that comes with the career path she has chosen. She has dedicated 17 years of her life to Ems and still continues that journey along with supporting our business.

To all first responders, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics thank you for all that you do for your communities!

Spring is on the horizon and our Chef has definitely created something worthy of trying. Check out our food truck page for upcoming dates!

We are happy to show off this new menu of ours. Spring is right around the corner. Only 2 things have stayed the same from last year, minus the kid offerings. This will be our menu from March- June. Then in June we will do 2 1/2 weeks of menu changes to showcase some late spring ingredients, before rolling out our Summer Menu which is also already written and ready to go. Schedule for next month coming soon. We hope to see you all very soon!
