New menu rundown Part 1: Apps!

Chicken pot pie croquettes. These things are dangerous. The croquettes have a crispy breadcrumb crust and the interior is all tender shredded chicken and rich chicken cream sauce. On the side are the usual veg, carrots and celery with a dill pea puree underneath. Order these and watch them disappear. Fast.

Baked brie. First they whip the brie, to give it a little airiness, then they stud it with candied red onion, charred grapes, toasted lemon, and crispy rosemary with sourdough toast for dipping. The accoutrements are expertly chosen to cut through the richness of the buttery brie with sweetness and acid, otherwise it would be too stodgy.

I'm a little too full and a little too tired to tell you all about the new menu at right now, but tomorrow you're gonna get an eyeful of some new drinks and dishes that'll knock your socks off and possibly back on again before once again being knocked off.

What you're seeing here is Gap Year, with lemongrass and pepper infused Tito's, curry, lime, miso, and more. It's a wild trip around the globe in every sip.

You know what makes this spicy turkey sandwich from so freaking good? It tastes like turkey. Like real, roasted turkey. Seasoned and roasted and sliced.

Most turkey sandwiches don't taste this good because the people making the sandwiches aren't cooking the turkey themselves.

Quality matters. That's why is going strong, 20 years in.

Thanks to the wonderful , we got to have dinner at .snacks in Moore. Excellent agua fresca, delicious elote, cheese-tacular quesabirria tacos, and tasty chicken flautas. Can't wait to go back and try the ice cream next time.
