🔥 S’MORES WHOOPIE PIE TEST #1 🔥

I’m working on some new flavors for the Flour & Bloom fall menu, and first up is S’MORES! 🍂🤎

The problem? I have TWO different S’mores Whoopie Pie recipes I want to try before deciding which one earns its spot on the menu… so I need some taste testers! 👀

Recipe #1:
Graham cracker whoopie cakes filled with fluffy marshmallow buttercream made with marshmallow fluff, rolled in graham cracker crumbs, drizzled with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with more graham cracker crumbs and topped with toasted marshmallows. 🔥🍫

I made a small test batch tonight and have a few available!

Try Recipe #1, give me your verdict, and then stay tuned because Recipe #2 is coming next. 😏

A special client asked me for sushi… but make it cake. 🍣🎂

I’ll admit, when I first started thinking about how I was going to pull this one off, I wasn’t entirely sure I could do it. 😂 But piece by piece, it started coming together—and here she is!

✨ Vanilla cake
✨ Cookies & cream whipped filling
✨ White sprinkle-covered buttercream
✨ Handmade sushi-inspired details, wasabi & chopsticks to bring the whole look together

Definitely one of the most unique cakes I’ve made so far, and I had SO much fun watching this idea come to life.
