We had the absolute pleasure and honor of creating this beautiful dessert spread for an even more beautiful couple, featuring 7 different types of desserts:

-Mini fruit tarts filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and fresh berries
-Mini Italian Cannolis with a rich and creamy ricotta filling
-Vanilla cake pops decorated in an assortment of pastels
-Italian butter cookies, dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles
-Mini cheesecakes topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh strawberries
-Tiramisu shooters made with fresh brewed espresso and fluffy cream
-Mini flans topped with a rich, homemade dulce de leche, fresh berries, and a pipette with caramel

And to top it all off, a special cake for our Bride and Groom- featuring a gluten free chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling for the bottom tier, and a gluten free vanilla cake with raspberry filling for the top tier!
