Cakes/Desserts: cakes/desserts will always be shown BEFORE leaving for approval.

I’d love to help with cake, decorated cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, or chocolate dipped treats for your next event (or sweet tooth craving) If you are unsatisfied with something please let me know BEFORE you take the cake. If you file a complaint AFTER leaving with your cake, refunds will be given at my discretion. I will not be held responsible if your cake or dessert is DAMAGED after leaving. It is your responsibility to ensure your cake or dessert is properly secured. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF A CAKE IS OR DESSERT IS DAMAGED WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION. Deposits: Deposits are REQUIRED to reserve your order. If you do not pay your deposit, you will not receive your product. Deposits are 1/2 of your total. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your order, please do so in advance. Orders that are cancelled at least 1 week in advance may be issued a credit for another day (so long as the date is still available.)
