Well folks, we’ve got ourselves a new Oyster Queen!

A big congratulations to Victoria Manuel, who came by French Hermit Oysters ready to shuck. She put away 40 oysters on her own– more than enough to take the crown and set a new record for our ladies!

We’re proud to officially welcome her as the newest addition to our French Hermit family.. as a queen, no less! Long may she reign! 🦪👑
