Tomato Pies 😍

2 par baked pie shells

3 lbs tomatoes, salted and well strained

1/2 lb bacon, crumbled

1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup buttermilk
5-6 fresh basil leaves, chiffonade(d) 🤷🏻‍♀️
Lots of black pepper
Mix mayo-basil together

Layer tomatoes, then bacon, then mayo mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!

We'll be at the Red, White, & Blueberry Festival on Saturday, June 4th @ the depot in downtown Ocean Springs! Come sample our Mississippi Caviar...this is our initial public offering of sorts! WooHoo! We're totally excited! :)
