Having a little fun today for lunch. Some of you know one of our Partners Daren Robinson. D Rob for short. His dad had hired a chef from Kentucky at the club and would run a Hot Brown. Smoked turkey, diced bacon, Swiss cheese mornay, diced tomato’s. So, you all know I like to twist things up and we have SayTaco an American taco restaurant downtown. I figured, let’s make it into a taco. The question is, can you get down with the D Rob Hot Brown? Available for lunch today at Elevation!

The weekend is finally here and I’m excited for this evenings features! From my recent trip to Charleston I took some inspiration and brought it to Elevation to share with you. Check them out!

For your appetizer is Seafood Stuffed Hushpuppies

Golden-fried hushpuppies stuffed with a rich sweet corn, shrimp, and scallop velouté, finished with our house-made Creole tomato sauce.

Next is a possible new menu item, I’m just testing it out. It’s a grilled hanger steak, sliced and served over creamy whipped potatoes with haricots verts, finished with our warm house-made steak sauce.

Our Fresh Catch is Triggerfish
Fresh pan-seared triggerfish served over lobster ravioli and finished with a tarragon white wine cream sauce. Accompanied by grilled asparagus.

Pistachio Ricotta Cheesecake

Creamy ricotta cheesecake infused with roasted pistachios and finished with a buttery graham cracker crust.

Our featured dessert of the evening is a Hazelnut Chocolate Cake. Layers of rich chocolate cake with silky hazelnut cream, finished with a decadent chocolate ganache.
