We'd like to introduce you to Shelby & Brittany--two of the hardworking faces who help make all the magic happen behind the scenes!
From cooking and baking to serving and bringing every event together, these two are always ready to jump in when needed. They put in the time, love, and a whole lot of hard work to help make sure every dish is delicious and the events run smoothly. They are a big part of what makes our catering team so special!

We are so excited to officially introduce ourselves! We're Jeremy and Andrea Long, the new owners of what many of you have known and loved as R&D Cakes & Catering.
As we begin this new chapter R&D Cakes and Catering will now be known as Long's Catering and Cakes!
Taking over a business that has served our small town community is something we don't take lightly. We are incredibly grateful for the foundation that has been built, and we're honored to have the opportunity to continue serving familiar faces while also welcoming new ones.
At Long's Catering and Cakes, we look forward to being a part of all the moments that bring people together-from weddings and birthdays to showers, holidays, family gatherings, business events, and everything in between.
You'll still have delicious food, beautiful cakes, and friendly service, along with some new ideas and exciting things to come!
We wants Long's Catering and Cakes to continue being a local business our community can count on!
