Excited we get to go Vend/Pop-Up for this event again. It's a Grateful Dead cover band evening boat ride around the bay.
We'll be serving up coffee, soup, paninis, and homemade cookies again too. Come join us!

We had a great using our vending concept for the event on Sunday. I love getting to work with my wonderful wife, she did a great job balancing the register and helping me stay a float in the kitchen making panini; while she served coffee, cookies, and soup. We learned a lot and people loved the food.

Big thanks to Greg at Mr. Hat Presents for putting on the show and letting us come vend the food last minute. We were busy the whole time and enjoyed using our new square reader for easy payment besides cash.

Same concept of what we would be doing in the food trailer but at sea! I did not leave the kitchen galley the whole time...

We vend, cater, coordinate, buy/sell/rent/repair cooking equipment and generally kick ass. Tell a friend.

I am hosting a BBQ for specifically for chefs and industry folks at Lake Anthony Chabot, Elderberry Picnic Area. 11am -4pm, Sunday, August 11th .
Come on down and bring something to share if you like.
Should be a fun, mellow Sunday and chance to network with some other bay area chefs.

I'm putting in some work on the website today for my food trailer, concessions, and catering services. Wordpress/Elementor was hard at first but getting the hang of it thanks to
J Chapsworth.

Hoping I can get that done in the next week or so before landing more work for myself.

Doing things like setting up a professional page, Instagram, and Google home page as well.
