Would you let us cater your brunch party🤔 introducing 4 new rolls. The southwest roll features a mild pork chorizo, egg, our house made creamy guacamole, and salsa rojo. The Viking roll with smoked Atlantic salmon, creamy herb and garlic goat cheese, red onion, chive and egg. My personal favorite is the quiche roll. Shiitake and maitake mushrooms, leeks, spinach, eggs and garlic herb goat cheese. And last but certainly not least we have the Frutti di bosco roll. This roll features mixed berries marscapone cheese toasted almonds and is topped with our house made hazelnut chocolate cream.

The “Soul Roll” features our premium halal certified smoked tri tip along with our rich gooey Mac and cheese. Now idk about yall but I love when my Mac touches the yams so it was only right that we serve this roll with our homemade candied yam sauce 😮‍💨. Come get one this saturday Sunday or Monday (April 18,19,20) at 620 El Camino real, Redwood City California. 12 until sold out!

I bet you’ve never had this before. Our “soul roll” smoked beef tritip seasoned to perfect mixed with the creamiest Mac and cheese you’ve ever tasted. Now me I like my Mac touching the yams and it’s only right we serve this one up with our house made candied yam sauce.
