A lot of you have asked when our sweet Carah is leaving to start her new adventure at WALT DISNEY WORLD…
We wanted to give anyone who wants, to be able to say, in the words of Tiger… “ta-ta for now” a time and place to do so.
If you want to stop by, we will be hosting a time at Clash from 7pm-9pm for any and all to stop by and wish her farewell.
Papa & Mama Clash will be joining her as she drives cross country - from the Yosemite Foothills all the way to Orlando Florida, where she will live in the WDW dorms and work in the Magic Kingdom.
We will keep you posted on Instagram as we travel. You can also follow her on Carah Beukers to see her journey.
We will miss this fun and feisty Clashologist (& owner) of Clash… but we believe in following where God opens doors.

At Clash, we take employee education VERY seriously…

That’s why every Clashologist gets a free drink every shift.

You know… for training purposes.

Because how can you tell someone the Mount Caramel is ridiculously good, explain why Strawberry Fields hits different, or help a guest find their new favorite drink if you haven’t done the proper research?

It’s all part of the highly scientific process of becoming a Clashologist…And around here, research can get pretty messy!

Employee perk? Absolutely.
Quality control? Obviously.
An excuse to drink Clash every shift?

This fun family was traveling through Oakhurst on their way to Yosemite when they stopped at Clash—and then shared this video about their experience.

That means more to us than they probably realized.

Because Clash was never meant to be just a place to grab a drink.

We want to be part of the adventure.

A place where you stop on your way to somewhere incredible… and somehow the stop becomes part of the memory.

A place where travelers feel like locals, and locals feel like family.

To every family who has pulled off Highway 41, walked through our doors and trusted us to be part of their Yosemite adventure—thank you.

And to this family, thank you for taking the time to share Clash with the world. We hope this isn’t the last time we see you.

The Yosemite Foothills are a treasure trove of adventure.

Beyond one of the most iconic national parks in the world, these mountains are filled with forgotten pieces of history—old roads, weathered buildings, hidden landmarks, and stories waiting to be rediscovered.

This was once a land of dreamers searching for gold, frontiersmen looking for a new beginning, and entrepreneurs chasing opportunity in the wild abundance of the Sierra.

They came with courage, grit, curiosity, and hope.

And they left little treasures behind.

Places that make you slow down. Look a little closer. Wander off the beaten path. And wonder about the people who stood there before you.

Some businesses have employees.

We have Clashologists. ⚡️

That means between squeezing lemons, brewing loose-leaf tea, handcrafting caramel, and serving thousands of amazing guests… there’s a good chance you’ll also find an impromptu dance break, a heated debate over the “correct” way to stack cups, someone laughing way too hard, or a Clashologist attempting a highly questionable milk-carton free throw for 2 points. 🏀😄

So be careful… because around here, you might just get pulled into the Clash vibe! ⚡️
