Since founding Global Table in 2009, Global Table has served the culinary needs of Chicago area corporations as well as families celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, Chef Marc has also been selected to participate in charity and auction events benefitting Chicago area schools and foundations including The Cradle, Sarah's Inn, the Chicago's Children Choir, St. Luke's Womens Club, First United Church Preschool, Holmes Elementary School, Hephzibah Home and The Peace House.
