"Weโve been to Hog Wild Cicero twice now, and it has completely won us over. The first thing you notice is how clean and well-maintained the dining room is, and the staff at the service counter are incredibly friendly and helpful with navigating the huge menu.
โOn our first visit, we explored a bit. I had the pork chop sandwich (the pork chop here is a massive, perfectly charred must-order!), my husband got the half-pound Moo & Oink Cheeseburger, and our friend ordered the ribs. The burger was huge and had a great tangy flavor from the BBQ sauce, and the ribs were perfectly tender and fell right off the bone. Both were delightfully messy! I also tried a cup of the chili, which was great.
โWe came back two weeks later and decided to split the Hog Comboโa pork chop, a half slab of ribs, corn, a veggie, cornbread, oven-browned potatoes, and garlic toast. It easily fed two of us with plenty of leftovers to take home. We also sampled the brisket soup and the fried pierogis, both of which were delicious. Huge portions, great service, and amazing food. We'll definitely be back for a third visit!"
