I’ve heard y’all ask Cory several times if we had a traditional tomato salsa…

Well, we do now!! 🌶️🍅

I’ve been playing around with recipes and finally landed on one we’re pretty damn happy with — fresh tomatoes, onion, jalapeños & cilantro. Simple, fresh, and exactly what I wanted in a good traditional salsa.

$3 — served with our house chips.

And on a blazing hot day like today, a cold beer + chips + fresh salsa sounds like a pretty solid life choice to me. 😎🍺

We’re at Orthodox Farmhouse Brewery until 8 PM tonight.

Hey Orthodox Farmhouse Brewery homies! We owe you guys a big apology for last Friday’s mixup. I am SO SORRY, it was my mistake for accidentally double booking 🤦‍♂️. To make up for it, we are bringing a killer special tonight to help beat the heat! We have a very limited number of lobster rolls available! 🦞 Maine lobster, lightly dressed with mayo, lemon, and chives, served on a buttered split top roll, $31. What, you thought we were only going to let our Rogers homies have this treat!? 😜 Come out and grab one before they are gone!!

My grandpa, Captain Bud, used to dive for lobster in the Pacific. My uncle Steve, who taught me how to spear fish, came through town this spring and brought me my grandpa’s old compass and dive light.

I’ve had them sitting around ever since, and figured there was no better way to put them to use than this.

🦞 MAINE LOBSTER ROLLS 🦞

Picked Maine lobster, lightly dressed and piled into a butter-toasted split-top bun. Served with kettle chips, $31.

BAD NEWS GUYS!! 😫 Right before we opened today our brand new fire suppression system went off in the trailer for no reason. Everything is coated and food that was out is trashed. We cannot open tonight and will keep everyone posted regarding tomorrow.
