Dude, I don’t know about y’all, but I am about sick of this effing rain. 🌧️😂

And I’m not even the one standing out in it waiting on food.

By the way, did you know you can order online and only have to come to our window once—to pick up your food when it’s ready?

You don’t even have to be hanging out where we’re set up. Order from home, run your errands, grab a beer, take a nap… whatever. Just swing by when your order is ready.

The only thing I ask is that you double-check our location before ordering, since we’re always bouncing around Northwest Arkansas.

And if the online ordering system gets confused every now and then, give us a little grace. Turns out technology wasn’t designed around wandering taco pirates. ⚓️😎

Anything involving your local/hometown favorite brewery, food truck, dive bar, band, punk venue, plug, whatevs as long as it is backed by love. Nothing hateful or political!! Gotta give a HUGE shoutout to Mr. Cory Myers. 💚🤙

Cory’s been with me since before Day 1 — helping through our soft opening, catering gigs, and all the chaos leading up to officially opening Red Cloud Food Co.

Any time it looks like we might be taking on water, he’s there helping steady the ship… and somehow always doing it with a smile on his face.

And when Cory can’t make it, his wife Melanie jumps right in without missing a beat. Honestly, sometimes she’s right there in the trenches with both of us.

If you’ve eaten with us, chances are you’ve seen one (or both) of these two at the window helping keep things rolling.

There are a few more amazing people behind the scenes we’ll be shouting out soon, but we had to show some love to these two for always helping guide Red Cloud toward calmer seas.

Show them some love next time you stop by. ⚓️🌊

Ooops, we were riding such a high from a great weekend making new homies at Natural State Beer Co, we forgot yesterday was Monday!! We couldn’t get enough of y’all’s great energy so we are coming back this week! Then we will roll back to our east side homies at Ozark Beer.

Sorry guys, but we all felt it was best to not open today. We were so looking forward to serving all our homies at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette but didn’t want y’all standing out in the rain and lightning for it. If only it were raining tacos 😭
