We appreciate the time with Roast Magazine’s online publication Daily Coffee News for this story on our brand new cafe. We are still within two weeks of opening and the support has been tremendous from Kansas City. However, it is also so sweet to see support from the larger coffee community outside of KC.

Deeply appreciate you all.

Last guest just left and we’ve officially closed the doors on our first week open.

We’ve said it a few times but it is worth repeating: THANK YOU.

We are closing this first full week with many notes, many things we want to improve, many stories, many new friends, and many reasons to be so grateful to all of you for the support.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today marks one week since we've been open.

The support we have received is hard to put into words. Our team could not be more grateful for you all. In only seven days we're already starting to notice some "regulars" and many of you are already becoming friends.

We have many fun ideas for the future of Provis Coffee but for now we are just grateful for these seven days and the many of you who have made them extra special.

Thanks for being with us.

Few things are as satisfying as posting up in a cozy coffee shop on a rainy day. Come snag one of our window seats and lock in to work with a stellar coffee. See you soon.

First week open has been such a joy and that is thanks to so many of you.

Pictured here is one of our seasonal drinks: the strawberry parfait soda with a shot of espresso. It’s so refreshing and makes a stellar post-lunch treat.

See you all tomorrow, 7am—7pm.

CLOSED TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 27th.

Friends, saying thank you feels so insufficient for the amount of support we have received this week. For both soft openings this week and the Grand Opening today, the support you all gave is beyond words.

We’ve dreamed of this day for a long time but today was even better than we dreamed.

In fact, we had so much support this week and our team worked so hard making thousands of cups of coffee that we are going to give our team tomorrow to rest, regroup, recuperate, and get ready to serve again on Monday.

So, we will take one day off to recoup and regroup and starting Monday we will start our normal hours everyday 7AM-7PM.

THANK YOU AGAIN. We could not be more grateful for you all. See you Monday morning.

This team has been crushing it today. The support from you all has been so encouraging and we would not be able to keep up with your incredible support if it was not for this stellar team.

We are still open for six more hours on this Grand Opening day if you want to come see us on day one.
