🥘 SANCOCHO — A hearty, rich stew loaded with beef, chicken, smoked ham, corn, green plantains, yuca, ñame, and calabaza. A whole lot of comfort in one bowl!

🍗 ASOPAO DE POLLO — Tender chicken, rice, olives, and savory seasonings come together in this thick, comforting Puerto Rican classic.

🌭 SOPA DE SALCHICHÓN — Smoky Puerto Rican salami, potatoes, corn, olives, and spaghetti noodles. Simple, satisfying, and packed with flavor!

🍖 SOPA DE JAMÓN — Smoky ham simmered with sofrito, potatoes, carrots, peppers, and angel hair pasta. Every spoonful tastes like home!

Hey everyone! We currently have October 17th and 18th OPEN and are looking for opportunities to bring our authentic Puerto Rican flavors to your event! 🇵🇷❤️

☀️ Good morning, everyone! God bless you all! 🙏❤️

Unfortunately, Flavor of Borinquen will be closed today. After an amazing night at yesterday’s event, I need to take some time to recharge, rest, and enjoy some much-needed family time. ❤️

I want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support, love, and understanding. Your support means more to me than words can express, and I’m truly grateful to have you as part of this journey. 🇵🇷🔥

Sometimes, we need to slow down, appreciate our blessings, and spend time with the people who matter most.
