One thing about me… if I see a new cookie flavor, I’m going to ask myself if it belongs in a macaron. 😂

This week’s experiment: Brown Sugar Pancake Oreo Macarons. 💜🥞

Purple Oreo cookies folded into a creamy white chocolate ganache, tucked between brown sugar-inspired macaron shells, then finished with even more cookie goodness.

A little tidbit: I had no idea what BTS was 🤣

The viral dot cake… but make it macarons. ✨

I’ve been working on a new summer collection and these may be my favorite so far. Filled with vanilla marshmallow buttercream and covered in colorful nonpareils.
