We all dread getting that call… the one telling you that someone you love may be in their final days. 💔
Unfortunately, Jay got that call about his aunt in California.
Years ago, when Jay’s mom passed away, we had a small catering job and made the decision to work instead of being by her side. That is something we have both regretted ever since, and we promised ourselves we would never make that mistake again.
Food, work, and money will always be there. Time with the people we love won’t.
So today, we will be closing so Jay and his family can make the trip to California to be together, say their goodbyes and make memories while they can, spending this time where it matters most for the next few days.
We hope everyone understands, and we truly appreciate all of your love and support.
