My name is Andrea. I am a lover of grazing tables, a wife and mother of one, and a follower of Jesus. It isn't just something cute and catchy.

My name is Andrea, and I am a lover of grazing tables and charcuterie, a wife and mother of one, and a follower of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The name "Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie" has deep meaning for me. Recently I've been studying the minor prophets. Joel 2:26 describes a time when the Lord will bless those of His people who repent and return to Him in humility. It says "You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." Truth is, He has dealt wondrously with all of us, but many fail to see the truth. I want my business, at its heart, to be a reflection of that wondrous mercy and grace that Christ has given us. I will deal with my customers in honesty, and will strive to please as much as possible. If you give me the chance, I believe wholeheartedly that you'll be pleased with the outcome.

Thursday night marked a huge milestone for Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie. Three years ago, I never would have imagined catering a 250-person wedding an hour from home—but that’s exactly what happened this week! I’ll share event photos soon, but for now, here are some behind-the-scenes shots! Bonus points if you can find a pint-sized well-wisher in the pics! 😍

It’s been a little quieter over here lately, as I’ve intentionally slowed things down slightly for lots of reasons! But I’ve still been having fun with some smaller orders and getting some fall vibes into my boxes, despite the Oklahoma heat!! 🍂🧀 I’ve got some fun spooky board ideas brewing for October, so let me know if you want one! 👻 And now I’m gearing up for my biggest wedding yet in just a couple of weeks, so stay tuned for that! It will be a spectacle!

I’m a little late sharing this one from last weekend, but I’ve been busy preparing for a big wedding tomorrow! 💍

This grazing table was created for a very special milestone birthday. The guest of honor is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet, and her husband wanted to celebrate her in a big way. It was such a joy to be a small part of a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories to honor a precious friend. 💕

One thing I love about charcuterie is that it welcomes everyone to the table. Just take a look at these photos—young kids, parents, grandparents… every age was represented, and every plate was piled high. Nobody left this party hungry! 🥰

We’ve been making lots of charcuterie boxes for couples lately, but this week brought one of our most unique requests yet!

A sweet aunt came to us with the idea of helping her niece make a memorable impression during sorority recruitment. Since her niece’s name rhymed with “Baby Shark,” she requested a Baby Shark-themed board for delivery to the sorority house! And it couldn’t have been more fun to design! 🦈

There really is a first time for everything. Wishing this young lady great friends, wonderful memories, and happy snacking! 🧀✨

Every summer I dream up ideas for a festive patriotic board, and every summer we seem to end up out of town! 🤪 Maybe next year I’ll finally get to bring one of those red, white, and blue ideas to life! 🇺🇸

June was jam-packed with celebrations and grazing tables, while July has brought a welcome change of pace. We’ve still enjoyed creating a few special orders while making time for family, summer fun, and a little travel. Here’s to an already (almost) fully-booked August! 💕

June was a whirlwind! I had one major grazing event each week, which made it easy to focus on one celebration at a time. Also squeezed in to June were multiple Vacation Bible Schools, a milestone birthday celebration, nearly two weeks of swim lessons, and approximately 47 thousand playdates to keep my seven-year-old busy! Thank you to every client who trusted me with your special events this month! I loved adding some fancy to your food! 🥰

Last weekend I tackled my largest individual charcuterie box order ever—47 total! Naturally, it landed on the last morning of our church’s VBS, because apparently I like a challenge. 😂After an early morning of cheese, crackers, and last-minute details, I delivered the boxes to the customer and headed straight to my volunteer VBS duties at church! I’m incredibly thankful for every customer who supports my small business and allows me to keep doing what I love, even on the busiest days.

Now on to the next adventure! 🧀✨

Oh and tell me those little pipettes with ranch aren’t the cutest ever!!! I can’t wait to use those again! 😍
