The last month or so we've been here and there at Hidden Gem Farmers Market —helping wherever we’re needed and making sure the market keeps running smoothly. But THIS weekend, we’re excited to tell you that we’ll be back at our OWN table! Woot! 🙌

So keep your eyes peeled for that 🔸️signature orange tablecloth🔸️ and come say hi! 👋

And for everyone who has been showing up for our salsa only to find their favorite flavor SOLD OUT… WE HEAR YOU. 😂🌶️

We’ve been selling out of our:

pretty much every week, leaving some of you empty-handed. 😭

Hey ! 👋

Back in my college days, we’d pile into a rental car and head down from Arizona to Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco). This gem of a photo (disposable camera, of course) was taken on the way back after one legendary trip.

Why am I proudly holding a hubcap?

Because that poor rental survived three accidents in one day 😂

BAM! - fender bender just across the border, US side
BAM!! - side swiped not even 10mins later
BAM!!! - a big ol’ Lincoln taxi took us out in San Diego

We ended up walking the rest of the day… and that’s when we stumbled into a tiny hole-in-the-wall spot and had the best birria tacos of my life. Extra cheesy, perfectly crispy, drowned in that rich consomé, fireworks-level good. Some say the accidents made them taste better.

I just know they were unforgettable.

To celebrate that memory, we’re bringing those authentic birria tacos to the Hidden Kitchen at Hidden Gem Farm tomorrow (Tuesday, July 21st) from 4–7pm!

My wife makes some mean Mexican food, and these tacos are straight fire. Come out, grab a plate, and maybe make some new memories with us.
