Position: Team Member / Ice Cream Specialist
What You’ll Do:
* Must be able to pass a background check and get on Fort hood.
* Welcome every guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
* Create an exceptional customer experience by recommending products and promoting our gourmet ice cream.
* Scoop, prepare, and serve ice cream with care and consistency.
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Restock products, toppings, supplies, and serving stations as needed.
* Clean dining areas, counters, display cases, and equipment throughout each shift.
* Work as a team to ensure the shop is operating efficiently.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

* Able to work around dairy products, nuts, and other food allergens.
Availability Requirements
This position requires flexibility.
Applicants must:
* Be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Understand that our business operates seven days a week, and weekend and holiday availability is required.
* Arrive on time and be prepared to work each scheduled shift.
