Today marks 4 incredible years of SALT Patisserie, and our hearts are so full. ❤️🥐

To everyone who has supported us over the years, whether you’ve stopped in for your morning coffee, picked up a fresh loaf of bread, celebrated with one of our cakes, or simply made us part of your routine, thank you. We truly couldn’t have reached this milestone without you.

A very special thank you goes to our incredible team. Their passion, talent, and dedication are what make SALT what it is every single day. From the early mornings to the final pastries out of the oven, they pour their hearts into everything they create, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

And to everyone who came out to celebrate with us today, thank you! Our limited-edition birthday specials sold out in just 30 minutes, and we are truly humbled by the overwhelming support.

We know… it’s only Tuesday. 😅 But trust us, this is one you’ll want to plan ahead for.

Available Thursday through Sunday, our Zucchini Focaccia is naturally leavened with our house sourdough starter, baked with sun-dried tomatoes in the dough, brushed with fragrant basil oil, and finished with shaved Parmesan. 🌿🧀
