“The Cubano Italiano” pizza special.

For anyone who saw this was a 2-minute video and said “yeah, I’m not watching all that” -here’s the Cliff Notes:

We basically took a Cubano and sent the bastard to Italy.

Ham → Crispy Salami
Roast pork → Sweet Italian Sausage
Pickles → House Agrodolce Onions
Mustard → Our Roasted Fresno-Jalapeño “Mustard”
Swiss → Mozzarella

Throw all that over our garlic sauce and HOLY S**T.

It’s salty. It’s tangy. It’s spicy. And that Fresno-Jalapeño mustard ties the whole thing together.
