Bartender
Position Overview:
Marida Mediterranean Restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy work environment, works well under pressure, and delivers exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage menu including wines, cocktails, spirits, and specialty drinks
• Operate and be familiar with Toast POS system
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily bar reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines
Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong beverage knowledge (wine, spirits, cocktails)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional

🍽️ Server (Waiter/Waitress)
Position Overview:
Marida Mediterranean Restaurant is looking for professional and motivated Servers who can handle a busy dining environment while providing outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
• Have strong knowledge of food terminology and Mediterranean cuisine
• Provide detailed explanations of menu items and make recommendations
• Accurately enter orders using Toast POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas
• Work closely with kitchen and bar team
Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Familiar with Toast POS system
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, reliable, and team-focused
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
