This unique lager substitutes a portion of the base barley for rice which adds a dryer mouthfeel. We also added Yuzu juice to give the lager a citrus and floral pop that is sure to leave your taste buds wanting more.

Get ready to party for a great cause! Today is Mickey Fest 6, a family friendly, dog friendly and music friendly event to save Mickey and Declan from San Filippo disease. When we got our hands on some heirloom red corn, we decided to go back in time and brew a heritage American style. The pre-prohibition style features large amounts of corn and is hopped along the lines of a pilsner with the use of American cluster hops. Light notes of earthy hops and corn fill out the aroma and in the light you can see a slight pink hue to the beer. This beer is crisp, light & flavorful.

Flanders Old Bruin Sour 6.4% ABV

The Flanders Brown Ale - known also as Oud Bruin - is an old Belgian mixed fermentation style and produces a malty, fruity, and slightly tart and acidic beer. We brewed the brown ale base with Belgian yeast last August and after a year in Cabernet Sauvignion barrels with a special bacteria cocktail we are finally putting this unique beer on tap for your enjoyment!

Belgian Witbier 5% ABV •
Easy drinking, light & refreshing, the Wit is so named because of its very pale color (Wit meaning "White), and is lightly spiced with both bitter orange peel and coriander, providing a lemony and peppery note to it along with the citrus from the orange peel. Just enough hops to let you know that they're there but will not take away from the slightly tartness of the wheat malt. A great beer to enjoy in the warmer weather - totally crushable!
