His name is Atlas. He’s a retired K9 who spent years working alongside U.S. service members overseas, trained to detect danger long before it reached innocent people. That damaged ear? It’s not from a fight — it’s from standing too close to an explosion while doing exactly what he was trained to do: protect human lives.
You thought he was staring at your child because he was aggressive.
He wasn’t.
