Parish Po' Boys Williamsburg/Saturday Prospect Park/Sunday. My family's classic New Orleans recipes. Roast Beef, Pork, Fried Shrimp Po' Boys, Gumbo, Crawfish Mac, etc.

Parish was born out of my love for the food and flavors from my hometown of New Orleans. From a diverse heritage rooted in southern Louisiana, the menu highlights the unique spices and sauces passed down through my family...from my Mom’s Potato Egg Salad to Grandmother Prejean's Gumbo. The Parish menu will rotate daily. Anchor items are the Roast Beef Po’ Boy and the Fried Chicken and Andouille Sa

usage Gumbo. Rotating items and daily specials will include Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, and Shrimp Etouffee.
