Come join us at the Deep Roots Farmers Market tomorrow in Glen Cove. Even if there's a little rain, Blessing's croissants are worth getting a little wet over. Our son, Alex will be selling at our booth. He's so good, he's actually making tips!

We want to thank everyone for supporting us every week. Hearing your kind words makes baking all night worth the hard work.

“We refuse to use industrial pastry fats, even if they are more stable and more affordable. Because what makes holidays precious is precisely that they cannot be replaced — just like the Christmas cards Grandma insists on writing by hand, or the gifts children believe come down the chimney. AOP butter is our insistence on ‘true flavor’: its aroma evolves with time, its texture responds to temperature, it carries all the imperfections of something alive, and in that, it becomes perfect. In an era where everything can be replicated, we preserve for you a taste that remains fragile, real — and worthy of being treasured.”

No longer just a pastry, but a symphony of celebration you can taste. They are the golden, buttery warmth we can all feel, carrying wishes, joy, and the promise of sweet beginnings. Let them become the heart of your holiday table, where every flaky layer tells a story of togetherness.🥰
