Baked Pizza Wraps
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil for brushing
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread each tortilla with a quarter cup of pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings for added flavor.

Strawberry Shortcake Cake Recipe!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup whipped heavy cream
Instructions:

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in the vanilla.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually blend these dry ingredients into the creamed mix, alternating with additions of sour cream and milk, starting and ending with the flour mix.
Pour the cake mixture into a prepared 9-inch round cake pan.

4 oz cream cheese, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream (or more to adjust consistency)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

10 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs (for the frosting)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:

Whole Grilled Chicken (Juicy & Smoky)

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (about 1.5 – 2 kg)

3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

2 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for umami)

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme or mixed herbs

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder (optional for heat)

1 ½ tsp salt

1 chicken seasoning cube (optional, for extra flavor)

1 medium onion (cut into quarters)

1 lemon (cut into halves)

Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional, for aroma)

Instructions:

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps the skin get crispy. Using kitchen scissors or a knife, you can spatchcock the chicken (cut along the backbone and flatten it) for quicker and more even grilling — or leave it whole if using a rotisserie.

In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, black pepper, cayenne, salt, and crushed seasoning cube. Mix into a thick marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the chicken — under the skin, inside the cavity, and on the outside. Stuff the cavity with onion pieces, lemon halves, and fresh herbs. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the fridge.

Step 1
Put the milk, egg, a pinch of vanilla, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and beat well.
Step 2
Now sift the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Sift very well so there are no lumps.

Next, pour the previous mixture into the sifted flour and mix well until the lumps have disappeared and the mixture is very liquid.

Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip

1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained

1 cup sour cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

¼ cup diced jalapeños (optional)

¼ cup chopped green onions

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy.
