🥤 Oreo Milkshake
Ingredients (2 tall glasses)

8 Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup cold milk (whole milk or any milk you like)

2 tbsp chocolate syrup (optional, for extra richness)

Whipped cream, for topping

Chocolate chips or cookie crumbs (optional)

Instructions
1️⃣ Blend the shake

Add Oreos, vanilla ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup into a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy (30–40 seconds).

2️⃣ Prepare glasses

Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of each glass (optional but pretty!).

Pour the milkshake in.

3️⃣ Top it off

Add a swirl of whipped cream on top.

Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and chocolate chips.

Garnish with whole Oreos on the rim.

💡 Tips

For a thicker shake, add more ice cream or use less milk.

For an adult twist, add a splash of Baileys or Kahlúa.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

3 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Mezze Platter:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup hummus

4 pita or flatbreads, warmed

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Lemon Drizzle:

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp honey

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes.

Cook Chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.

Prepare Lemon Drizzle: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt.

4 large eggs, room temperature

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups (300 g) grated carrots (about 5 medium carrots)

1 cup (100 g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

½ cup (80 g) raisins (optional)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened

4 cups (480 g) powdered sugar, sifted

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups (300 ml) milk (preferably whole milk)
1 large egg
3 tablespoons (45 g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
Extra butter or oil for cooking

🍽️ Optional Toppings:

🥣 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the dry ingredients
