It is with mixed emotions that I bid you farewell from The Brooklyn Biscuit Company. I want to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support, loyalty, and love.

From the beginning, my mission was to bring smiles to your faces and warmth to your hearts through my delectable treats. Your enthusiastic feedback, encouraging words, and repeated visits have not only motivated me but also reinforced the joy I found in baking for you.

Although this farewell marks the end of an era, please remember that the memories we've created together will forever be a part of me.

I encourage you to continue supporting local businesses, just as you've supported us. The world is full of artisans and creators who pour their hearts into their work, and your patronage makes a tremendous difference in their lives.
