🔥 Baked Chicken Chimichangas – So Easy & Delicious! 🔥
Looking for a cheesy, crispy, flavor-packed dinner? These Baked Chicken Chimichangas are a crowd-pleaser and super simple to make!
Here’s what you’ll need:
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Pepperjack cheese, shredded
1½ Tbsp taco seasoning
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
8 flour tortillas
Cooking spray
Shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Green onions (for garnish)
Sour cream & salsa (for serving)
How to make them:
Mix cream cheese, shredded Pepperjack, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Fold in the shredded chicken.
Spoon the filling evenly into the tortillas.
Tuck in the sides and roll them up tightly.
Place seam-side down in a greased 9x13” baking dish.
Spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Flip them over and bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy!
🌮 Top with cheddar, green onions, and serve with sour cream and salsa on the side!
