🔥 Baked Chicken Chimichangas – So Easy & Delicious! 🔥

Looking for a cheesy, crispy, flavor-packed dinner? These Baked Chicken Chimichangas are a crowd-pleaser and super simple to make!

Here’s what you’ll need:

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz Pepperjack cheese, shredded

1½ Tbsp taco seasoning

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded

8 flour tortillas

Cooking spray

Shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Green onions (for garnish)

Sour cream & salsa (for serving)

How to make them:

Mix cream cheese, shredded Pepperjack, and taco seasoning until smooth.

Fold in the shredded chicken.

Spoon the filling evenly into the tortillas.

Tuck in the sides and roll them up tightly.

Place seam-side down in a greased 9x13” baking dish.

Spray the tops with cooking spray.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Flip them over and bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy!

Easy Strawberry Cool Whip Pie

Creamy Strawberry Cloud Pie with Whipped Topping

Ingredients:

1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin

2/3 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Optional: extra whipped topping and strawberries for garnish

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2/3 cup of boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.

Add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened but not fully set.

Once the gelatin has slightly thickened, gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.

Add the sliced strawberries to the mixture and gently stir.

Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Garnish with extra Cool Whip and strawberry slices before serving if desired.

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

2 green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.

Gently fold in the frozen tater tots until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

1 can refrigerated pizza dough

1/2 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinara or ranch sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft, about 5–7 minutes.

Add sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just browned. Remove from heat.

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup buttermilk, room temperature

1 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup hot water

For the Fudge Frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup buttermilk

3 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.

Slowly add hot water to the batter, mixing on low speed until smooth. The batter will be thin.

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Directions:

Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the center.
