It’s time for some safety measures and information that we have personally taken into consideration after our interactions with a lot of great white sharks!!!!!
It’s upto you how you want to handle this post and if you take it seriously or not but I always make sure I have the video evidence to back up anything I post and those that have followed for a period of time know we run on facts.
We called the attack a few days before young Nico was killed in the harbour.
We have put out 3 warnings since and within days, there have been fatal attacks!
A week ago. We mentioned that a shark will end up swimming into a crowded beach and take someone in between the flags and unfortunately it happened yesterday, we aren’t just having wild guesses and hitting the mark, we live and breathe sharks and have since I was a kid.
With that being said, here is what we know about great whites!!!!!
1,time of day!!!!! They will and do feed at any time. 9am/11am is definitely danger time.
2, water clarity!!!! THEY DONT CARE!!!!!! I have these on video and have caught them in crystal clear waters at lunchtime. They literally live and hunt in conditions from perfect conditions right through to flood water run off. All the “rain” talk the “Sharksmart” experts tell you is garbage they learnt from a book that’s outdated and dangerously wrong!!!!!
3. Swell size!!! These things LOVE flat conditions. They will almost Always sit behind the last breaking wave, it doesn’t matter that wave is 500m out to sea or a shore dump, they will be behind it, my reasoning behind this is, i believe they use that wave as a vantage point and it helps them
