is it a bird, is it a plane, is it a greek salad? definitely not the first two; the last one? not really.. but sort of… peaches (the one the only), ‘cotton candy’ grapes, cucumber, orange creme fraiche, calabrian chile-lemon vin, shaved feta and herbs.. i don’t want to gatekeep. i don’t even really know what that means anyway.
