Toby’s Estate - SoHo opened its doors this weekend, and to celebrate, we hosted a coffee omakase for a few friends from the neighborhood.

Our Head Barista guided guests through the tasting notes of our specialty coffees, sharing the craft behind each brew while demonstrating V60 pour-overs and latte preparation.

Safe to say, everyone left a little more caffeinated than when they arrived.

It only takes one cup to make someone’s day…sometimes two ☕️
