Our avocado mash is the star ingredient in our popular BEC wrap. Inspired by Mexican guacamole with an Asian twist, it’s one of those things I could eat by the spoonful.

So we’re giving it a new role on the menu: Scallion Pancakes with Avocado Dip — think of it as Chinese-style guac and chips. 🥑🫓

Over 600 dumplings were folded this morning for today’s catering order. 🥟🫶🏻

It was our second-largest catering order since opening, and it took five hours to complete with the help of my incredible team. So grateful for all of the hard work that goes into moments like these. 🥳
