🥕🍰 BLENDER CARROT CAKE
super moist, easy & fluffy 🤤

Ingredients
🥕 250 g carrots, chopped
🥚 3 eggs
🧈 120 ml oil
🍬 200 g sugar
🌾 250 g flour
🧁 1 tbsp baking powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla
Procedure
Blend carrots, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Fold in flour and baking powder.
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
Cool before serving.
Chocolate Topping
🍫 150 ml milk
🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🍬 3 tbsp sugar
🧈 1 tbsp butter
Cook until slightly thickened.
Pour over the cooled cake.
