Procedure

Blend carrots, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Fold in flour and baking powder.
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
Cool before serving.

Procedure

🍬 150 g sugar
💧 3 tbsp water
🥚 4 eggs
🥛 500 ml milk
🌼 1 tsp vanilla
🌾 120 g flour
🍬 80 g sugar
🧈 60 g melted butter

Procedure

Cook sugar and water into a caramel.
Pour into a cake pan.
Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix flour, sugar and melted butter separately.
Combine into a smooth cake batter.
Pour flan mixture then cake batter into the pan.
Bake in a water bath at 160°C for 60 minutes.
Cool completely and chill before unmolding.

Procedure
