Today I will serve to you a single-estate coffee from El Salvador, produced by Finca Plan De la Batea. It is an orange bourbon, grown at 1500 meters near the town of Santa Ana, close to the

Izalco Volcano With the help of Aida Batlle and her team we processed this coffee in 5 different ways and carefully evaluated the characteristics that each process gives to the coffee. The processes we have done are:
• Natural
• Washed traditional
• Semi-Washed
• Ethiopian style
• Kenya style
All of the coffee processing was done at a micro mill J.HILL
