When Adam opened the Adam’s Pocha, he told me he wanted to grow with the community and share the gratitude and warmth he receives back with others.
Last year, like many small business owners, he gave everything — body and mind 😁 to get the restaurant going.
This year, he wants to start giving back, even if it’s just a little at a time.
There are so many places we want to share with, but first, there was one place we really wanted to thank:
our chicken vendor.
Adam always says, “Please make sure it’s fresh — really fresh,” and they always deliver
Fresh, high-quality chicken!
So with grateful hearts, we prepared
chicken porridge, Sikhye (a traditional Korean sweet rice drink), and Korean-style pickles and delivered them as a small thank-you.
We hope one day we can visit more people, more often, and with even more to share.
We believe that day will come.
Thank you so much for sending the photos!
