Back in the kitchen! 👨🏾‍🍳🔥

This time, I’m stepping outside my comfort zone and trying my hand at a traditional Mexican dish: chicken mole. 🇲🇽

I’m still learning, still experimenting, and definitely hoping I don’t mess this one up! 😂

I’m pleased it went over well. Introducing new dishes can be nerve wracking, so I was genuinely excited it was so well received.

I had the honor of catering for the incredible cast and production team of .rlty for their Reunion After the Reunion and what a night it was.

The menu featured a full spread: Mac & Cheese, Jerk BBQ Wings, Smoked Turkey Collard Greens, Oxtail Crostini, Honey Butter Cornbread, and Banana Pudding.
