A free consultation with Allen's Duct Systems is a chance to discuss your restaurant's duct exhaust system: its maintenance history, filter condition, access, and the best service direction.

Some grease filters only need cleaning. Others are damaged, warped, deteriorated or the wrong size, and that's when cleaning is no longer enough. Replacement filters are measured to match your filter bank's dimensions, quantity and orientation, then installed and checked for fit.

Happy ! 🧖 A thick brown layer does wonders on a spa day. Inside your duct exhaust hood, not so much.

Happy ! 🫒 From the sauté pan to the fryer, NYC kitchens go through a lot of oil, and some of it doesn't stay in the pan. It rises with the heat into the duct exhaust hood, collects on the grease filters, and works its way into the plenum and ductwork.
