Hey everyone! I hope you've all been doing well and had a great Easter! I've been busy doing a bunch of these sample boxes for doctors week, parties, etc. the past 2 weeks! In the photos you'll see my sample boxes with cupcake and jumbo cakeball flavors of lemon, carrot, and red velvet! Each box also includes 1 jumbo brownie, 1/2 dozen chocolate chip cookies, and 1/2 dozen sugar cookies!

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a good day! St. Patrick's Day is THIS Tuesday so make sure you get those orders in now! On another note, I started baking for Easter! I made this lemon-lime cake with pineapple jam filling and cream cheese/whipped cream topping! It's a very springy and citrus inspired cake with a weaved basket design (first time doing that!), bunny paw marshmallows, and carrot shaped powdered candy! More posts to come soon!

Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well and staying warm with the weather change! I made my first cheese cake today and I think I did pretty good! On the left is plain cheese cake and then on the right I sliced it up and decorated with a variety of toppings! The toppings are plain, fresh whipped cream, fresh lemon pie whipped cream, and then strawberry jam! The cheesecake itself is creamy and dense while also being light and yummy, also inspired by a New York cheesecake!

Hey everyone! I hope you've all been doing well, I made this cake yesterday morning for a birthday! This cake is a lemon chiffon cake with a lemon whipped filling and topped with fresh whipped cream and lemon slices! Chiffon cake is a very light, airy, and moist cake that is similar to angel food and butter cakes! The combination of that with the fresh whipped cream and fresh lemon makes for a delicious cake!
