Got inspired by NOPI restaurant - and the guardian team - who were so lovely that they've surprised us with the newest Ottolenghi cookbook - namely Jerusalem (later on a further post about that).

Abszolút elnézést kérek a recept elnevezéséért, de a risottó szerintem csak a rizses eledelre kellene utaljon, nemdebár? Tehát árpagyöngye rizottó az nem igazán hangzik túl jól... Emiatt gerslittó lett, de az talán még rosszabbul hangzik... Na mindegy - a lényeg, hogy a recept viszont ISTENI! Hát pe...

A legújabb mániám - japán konyha - egyszerűen nem bírok betelni vele! Ramen, udon, sushi, nigiri, miso és még sorolhatnám! El is mentem gyorsan egy szusikészítő tanfolyamra, remek volt!
