Our Chamonix Blend is out for now but will be restocked very soon when a new shipment of the Indian Monsooned Malabar comes in next week!

Although we've managed to remedy most stock replenishment issues, cutting shippment time from over 4 weeks to now less than 2, there is still a sharp increase in demand that we are doing our best to cope with! While we are very thankful for all the growth we have been experiencing, our focus remains procuring the highest quality specialty coffee – a process which takes time.

There's a lot that can be said about this coffee. First off is that it's a crowd pleaser in filter roasts with notes of raw cane and brown sugars, accent notes of vanilla bean, roasted almond, dried apple, mild tea-like acidity, and bittersweet finish. All of these notes are beautifully caramelised in an espresso roast.
•
The Finca Buenos Aires farm also earns a regular spot in Cup of Excellence competitions (). This particular lot is in high demand and is sold out worldwide and we managed to snag them!
