I don’t really know what I’m doing at the gym, but I created a little routine and I like to mix it up. I’ve actually been working out for over two years, but I just finally started to see results …. this is because I went to a Doctor (who I fully expected to tell me I was experiencing inflammation, and that all of my belly weight was this horrible inflammation situation) but instead she basically told me I was old and fat lol but I liked the honesty. We talked about calorie deficit and while I pleaded my case to her insisting I only ate sticks and berries and know all the tricks, she wasn’t buying it. Now you would think I would know what calorie deficit is, but I really wasn’t eating much and while I love to cook I’m not a big eater, I never was, and I hate sweets, but when you start paying attention to every little thing, that’s actually what it takes to lose weight when you are in your 40s and beyond. I’m making it fun though. I love following this guy , he makes the best lettuce wraps. I also get very creative in the kitchen and I watch my portions carefully. At the gym I’m really enjoying floor exercises. I kind of make them up as I go, but I think that’s probably the most fun I have at the gym, other than weights, I love weight lifting. I hate cardio. I hate it so much and it’s probably the most important thing that I need for weight loss. I find that if I call someone that likes to talk a lot it goes quicker because while music is good, it doesn’t move the clock as quick as a solid conversation. I’ve made many deals on the treadmill, so I can’t complain, and I do also like to tell people I’m on the treadmill, I feel then at least I get credit for that! 😍 Well this writer is signing off. It’s a rainy day and I felt like posting this little piece, and it motivates me to keep on going.💪
