Art in a glass – just beautiful.
Recipe for a Simple Iced Latte (with Chocolate Shavings)
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons granulated coffee powder
Ice cubes
1 cup cold milk (your choice: dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon dark chocolate, finely shaved or grated (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Coffee Base: In a small cup, combine the hot water and coffee powder. Stir vigorously until all the coffee is dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
Prepare the Glass: Take a tall drinking glass and fill it to the top with ice cubes.
Pour the Milk: Slowly pour the cold milk over the ice cubes.
Create the Swirl (as in the photo): Pour the prepared coffee mixture slowly over the top of the milk. This creates the beautiful swirling effect seen in the image.
Garnish and Serve: Top the iced coffee with the finely shaved chocolate shavings. Insert a straw and enjoy immediately.
