Me and my mom owned a bakery in NJ. We did the storefront s**t. It was cool, but let’s be real about brick-and-mortar business.

Slow day? Ya ass still gotta be there. Tired? Still gotta be there. Finally get a day off? You’re exhausted.

That’s a big reason TLFG is online. I took what I learned and built the business model around how WE want to live and work.

Opened my first bakery with my mom in 2009 and guess what… it FAILED.

That’s part of the story too.

Years later, the pandemic forced me to look at business differently. In 2020, I pivoted from brick and mortar and started building TLFG as an online bakery.

Same passion. Different model. More experience.

Sometimes the thing that didn’t work teaches you how to build the thing that will.

When the odds are stacked against you, you make a way because you’re built for it. 🖤
